Argentina should host World Cup

Spain has emerged as a serious contender in world rugby, and their ambition to stage the sport's biggest tournament deserves recognition. Even so, Argentina stands out as the stronger choice when the vote takes place. The Pumas have spent decades proving themselves against the best teams on the planet, and their consistency at the highest level gives them a credibility that no newcomer can match just yet.

Taking the Rugby World Cup to South America would mark a genuine shift in the game's geography. The tournament has rarely ventured beyond its traditional heartlands, and a Argentine hosting bid offers a chance to grow the sport in a region where passion for rugby already runs deep. Stadiums would fill, the atmosphere would be electric, and the legacy could inspire a new generation of players across the continent.

Spain's rise is worth watching and their time may well come. But for this cycle, Argentina has earned the right to host. Their history, their competitiveness, and the wider impact of a South American tournament make them the clear pick.
