UFC champion predicts quick KO in UFC 329 main event

Former two-division champion Conor McGregor says he expects a fast finish when he steps back into the octagon at UFC 329 this Saturday. The Irish star, known as "The Notorious," is set to face former featherweight champion and current BMF titleholder Max Holloway in the main event. It will be a rematch years in the making.

McGregor, now 37, has not fought since his last appearance, and he has promised a dominant showing. He told reporters that he plans to deliver a "masterpiece" performance and predicted a first-round knockout. "I am not looking to go the distance," McGregor said. "I am going to put him away early. I have been sharp in camp, and I know exactly how this fight ends."

The two fighters first met years ago, when Holloway was still climbing the ranks. Since then, both men have become champions and global stars. Holloway, known for his relentless pace and iron chin, has not been knocked out in his professional career. That record, McGregor claims, will change on Saturday night.

The bout has generated massive interest, with fans eager to see if McGregor can recapture his old form or if Holloway will prove once again that he belongs among the elite. The event takes place at a sold-out arena, and the tension is high. McGregor, however, remains confident. "I am not here to put on a show for three rounds," he said. "I am here to end it. Watch me."
